Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)

Funded projects diverge from design during implementation because proposal logic and results measurement were never coherently linked. The cross-cutting platform infrastructure — delivered in two integrated tiers designed to match the scale, complexity, and evidentiary requirements of any development investment. ScaleX Labs’ AI-Enhanced MEL System changes that reality by transforming reporting into actionable results. It refines existing methods by digitizing traditional reporting processes. P1b — AI-Powered Drone-Based MEL An advanced MEL tier integrating drone-captured geospatial and visual data with the AI-MEL platform — purpose-built for large-scale and high-value projects where ground-based data collection is insufficient, slow, or prohibitively costly at scale. Drone imagery feeds AI-driven analysis of physical progress, environmental change indicators, land cover transformation, and coverage verification — independently corroborating field-reported results with remote sensing evidence. Named expert validation remains mandatory. Through the same secure cloud-based dashboard, donors and governments gain real-time visibility into independently verified visual evidence of physical progress on the ground — thousands of miles away, in the comfort of their offices and homes, like never before. This tier serves those requiring independently verifiable, audit-grade evidence for their most significant investments. What makes AI-Powered MEL System innovative: it closes the at-scale data verification gap that ground-based MEL cannot address. By fusing drone-captured remote sensing with the platform AI analysis engine, it delivers independent physical evidence of what is actually happening on the ground — corroborating or challenging field reports — at a fraction of the cost of traditional aerial or satellite survey. 

Gender Transformative design and Change Tracker (GenTraQ™ )

GrantIQ™

Commercial and Development organizations are systematically excluded from funding not because their programs are weak, but because they lack the institutional methodology to translate vision into credible, donor-aligned design. A proprietary AI-assisted proposal design and results-framework generation engine built on internationally accepted results-management standards and refined across more than a decade of field practice. GrantIQ™ converts rigorous, field-validated methodology into a tool any development organization can use: Theory of Change design, Logical Framework construction, development of Objectively Verifiable Indicators (OVI), assumption frameworks, and donor alignment — all with named MEL specialist validation before delivery.

What makes it innovative: it puts rigorous, funder-grade results methodology directly in the hands of the organizations that need it. Organizations that previously needed expensive external consultants to produce a credible, compliant proposal can now do so independently — with AI assistance and expert sign-off — at a fraction of the cost.
